Ive banked with afcu for 30 yrs and never had to wait this long while 3 tellers just sat behind their desk and didnt help anyone

Went through the drive thru turned in my withdrawal slip signed with the amount and name along with my license and bank card. I needed a cashiers check put the name on the slip to make things easier. Since when do you need I.D. to deposit money into someones account!? I went to deposit money into my wife's account and I was asked for I.D. what a joke! Another way for banks and the government to track our every move. This is why I will never bank AFCU among many other things! Mountain America hasn't started doing this yet. Hopefully they never do.
This branch is extremely slow. Came to deposit a check in the drive up and it took 30 mins to deposit an check…and there was only one other car in drive up with me, another car came and went before I even left. I will not be back to this branch. I’d rather drive to the Clinton.
Allie was so helpful. And super funny too. My wife and I wanted to combine our accounts and ran into some trouble but Allie was unfazed and worked quickly. She was very knowledgeable and seemed like she enjoyed her job. I also love that we were called up right on time as our scheduled appointment. Honestly, this is the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a bank with a request like this. I got the jazz card - super awesome that they offer that.
