Terrible customer service. I was helped by and older lady who was very rude. I needed help with something simple and she told me it was against company policy. I went to the next closest branch. They helped me without any problems and did it with a smile. Go to a different branch if you want better customer service.

This is the first bad experience I’ve had with America First. I went in to replace both my cards on account of fraudulent charges. When I spoke with a representative on the phone yesterday about it she put both the cards on hold and said I could replace them whenever I’d like in any branch. When I went in, I was told I couldn’t replace my credit card since there is a limit to how many times they can replace them.
