This is the first bad experience I’ve had with America First. I went in to replace both my cards on account of fraudulent charges. When I spoke with a representative on the phone yesterday about it she put both the cards on hold and said I could replace them whenever I’d like in any branch. When I went in, I was told I couldn’t replace my credit card since there is a limit to how many times they can replace them. Shonte provided excellent customer service. She assisted me with multiple transactions and was consistently patient, kind, and professional. Overall, a great experience.
I had a great experience today! I had a fraud charge on my card and Abby helped me to dispute that and print out new cards. She also helped me learn about safety features of card card so I can block charges outside of my area and international charges as well.
Everybody at this branch is great and helpful. Every time they do fantastic job with anything I need.
Shonte was amazing and she helped me with what I needed!
