this is by far the worst branch i’ve ever been to. i’ve been with america first for 10 years now and have had 3 auto loans with such an easy and smooth process up until this last experience with rich or rick (whatever his name is) he was so rude to myself and my grandmother who came with me to the branch. he was short and snippy. he entered the VIN incorrectly and booked my car out with an incorrect value. he basically just wanted to go home early instead of taking 15 minutes out of his day to cut the check for my new car wh... read more
