The loan officers here gotta be the dumbest, most untrained people I have ever delt with. I am not a member here but a member here bought a vehicle from me. They are suppose to hand me two checks one for the remainder of the loan and the other is for me to cash out. Only reason I know this is because in the past they have done this. I also spoke with a person on the phone that works at america first and he also stated that I should've been handed the check to take to my bank to pay off the loan remainder...
