American First Credit Union was very slow, and unfortunately they made the entire process much more complicated than it needed to be. I won’t be doing business with them again, and I would recommend going with Wells Fargo instead. The process there is much faster and much more efficient.
I was very nervous about depositing a check because I’ve never had to before, Adriana and Ethan were both very great and patient with answering my questions about what I was supposed to do and were very kind!
Jacob did an amazing job. He was very fast and effective and personable. Great loan officer.
