Best bank I’ve ever used or had the pleasure working with! Always kind and polite and willing to answer all your questions. They have really good security systems and features that I love. All around just a great bank!
If I am giving you money for a loan you should definitely be answering your phones! I called at around 11am , fought your janky automated system that argued with you (answer your phones your paid to do your job) told you would call me back within TEN MINUTES. It's now 1pm in the afternoon. I'm not gonna discuss my banking information with a robot. I'll definitely be closing my account.
BEWARE! This is the WORST place to finance anything through. You cannot pay more to go towards principal, they put it in a savings account. If you need the title to transfer your plates to a new state, be prepared to wait two to six months and be ready to drive on expired tags. Ridiculous! I will never again use this Credit Union for anything!!!
