This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a bank! AFCU in lehi was quick, efficient and answered all my questions! Biani was helpful, kind, and made me feel taken care of and understood! I’m so grateful I go to a bank that I trust and that takes care of me!
AFCU works fine until your financial needs mature. Then it becomes a kids' bank pretending to handle adult responsibilities, especially in end-of-life situations.
All of my experiences at America First Credit Union have been outstanding. However, Biani (a teller at the Lehi branch) is amazing. She went above and beyond to help walk me through some app questions. She showed me the proper procedures for money transfers and direct deposits. She was pleasant, made the information very easy to understand, and was very patient & kind in helping me set up these financial procedures.
