Definitely a type of scam. They are very intelligent and have you sign the proper paperwork to make sure they are not help responsible for our mistake or misjudgment. Read their term. Read them again. They even state that they do not provide legal in court representation and that payment is considered earn at time of payment. AKA, once you pay them, they are done with their job and you agree that once you pay them, they have earned the money. LESS THAN ZERO STARS!!!! WE NEED HELP!!!!! Unfortunately we didn’t see the bad reviews until AFTER we gave them $500 that we had to BORROW! Our situation is a combination of EXACTLY what other people are saying! We NEED TO GET OUR MONEY BACK! Any ideas or or means of contacting someone at this company would be greatly appreciated!!!

Worst place to try to get help they will make it sound great and how they’re going to help you until you pay them their money and then they will have you talk with the lawyer then you have to pay for the paperwork to be done then you have to pay for representation my current situation I asked them to speed up the process but timing was of the essence they drug their feet took my money didn’t even reimburse me once the case was filed in another state very very unprofessional. They just want your money.

I really wish I would have read the reviews first. I came to this company seeking help with my child’s custody. The first guy I spoke with had me completely convinced this was right for me, immediately asked for my card info which I was hesitant but was assured this would cover a year of legal help. Second guy I could tell he was reading from a piece of paper and then he asked for a 5 star review before anything had even been done. That was a red flag. So far the experience I have had with this company was not all that good I was set up to talk to lawyer which I didn’t get a call they called on a Saturday talking about a lawyer was going call on Tuesday well imma see what’s going to happen so far I don’t see any results after paying the 450.”0 bc you only have so long it’s a time sensitive matter I’ll see if I get a call Tuesday then I will come back and give an update so far not so good I don’t have alots of time or money to be playing with

SCAMARTIST: AFLC IS RUNNING A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION TARGETING AT RISK LOW INCOME FAMILIES ALREADY IN DIRE SITUATIONS. THEY WILL SPEND 3 HOURS COLLECTING SENSITIVE LEGAL INFORMATION INVOLVING MINOR CHILDREN. THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CASE FOR A SMALL FEE $500. ONCE THEY GET YOUR BANK INFORMATION YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY WILL PROMISE TO HELP, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN NEVER CONTACT YOU AGAIN, ALSO WILL NOT REFUND. THEY STEAL AND DON’T HELP! On 4/19/2022 I contacted AFLC (America Family Law Center) to help me with a custody case I have in Bell County. They aren't going to contact you on time for documents nor a time to speak to an attorney. This is poor service and kept telling me to resend the documents and at that time that they requested that I was already at my court hearing...SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!
