I am kind of surprised with the reviews. I have been a client since 2017 and never had a problem. My accounts are always secure, simply because they’re old with their systems. It is frustrating to have to go in person but I end up making a trip out of going to flushing (new foods/drinks) so it’s not so bad.

Very inefficient and not up to date to modern banking. This is good for mobile immigrants who just need to place their money somewhere with better security than home; otherwise, they are better off going online banking or union banks. The latter will have a better website in place. This bank requires a lot of in person transition. They announced open on Sat , today I went to Elmhurst branch , the bank are closed! Why you said it in Google the bank are open on Saturday,is misleading us ,I’m not live in Elmhurst , I need take an hour by bus to your bank, is totally insane😡
