Currently leaving the bank. Cannot believe how difficult it is to work with them. Constant turnover, never talking to the same person. Have called the office ten times today for a wire that has been requested two weeks ago. Absolutely impossible to do business here. Cant believe I'm leaving a review for a bank.
Dishonest banking practices. I opened an account with this bank and ordered one pad of checks through the link they provided. The page showed no price anywhere, so I assumed it was free. A week later, they quietly debited $34 from my account with zero notice. This kind of hidden, after-the-fact charging feels completely dishonest. If a cost exists, it should be clearly displayed before placing the order. Very disappointed and strongly reconsidering whether to continue banking here.
