Great customer service
Mortgage was sold to them. Immediately had difficulty. No one answers when you call the mortgage line. When you call general customer service they know nothing. Took me a month to get with a person who actually was trying to help me but then he stopped calling back. The online mortgage platform is limited. I only see I paid but nothing else is available like checking on my escrow, taxes etc. I can not stop my auto draft unless I fill out a paper which I never filled out with them to start it.
