Never once late or missed work.showed up 1 hour before shift daily. Worked all the overtime I could. Got fired cause I was having a rough night and needed help and was trying to contact the VA Mental Health Crisis Hotline while I was on shift. Supervisors sleeping with employees, on grounds too they go to the car. They don’t care about about any of their employees, they treat everyone like they’re children with a point system. After 8 points they fire you. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been there or how good you get along with anyone they do not care and will fire you. HR team isn’t any better they sit all day they’re lazy and they advertise false information.
