Avoid them if possible – This mortgage company does nothing to benefit you as a homebuyer. They are not friendly, they do not cooperate, they do not contact you with information you need as soon as possible. My realtor called me and gave me information from them before I heard from them! It's absolutely ridiculous. Now we are days away from our closing date and nothign is in order and the listing agent is threatening to put our dream home back on the market.
