The positive aspects of the booking were: 1). I was called ahead of the booking date to confirm all of the information, 2). The driver arrived on time for the 6am pickup..The more negative aspects include: 1). The driver was called at 7:45am for a 8:30am release from the facility, but he did not arrive until 9am 2). The driver was not friendly and his overall demeanor was not pleasant.

Very convenient pick up, Charles got me home safely after a medical procedure that involved sedation.

I used them for first time after a procedure to bring me back home. The driver wa every progressional and courtes. I was a bit nervous because after a medical or costume you’re a bit vulnerable but I felt safe. I would recommend and even use them again in the future if need be.

Scheduling a ride plus pricing was easy and reasonable. The driver was professional, prompt and on time leaving and returning. The fact that Amera makes follow-up phone calls before my appointment and then again at the end of my ride was an added bonus. The safety of their passengers is of the utmost importance and I appreciate that. This was my second time using their service and I would recommend to others.
