One of the most unprofessional and unorganized TDY while stationed in Kuwait. No sense of leadership or effective communication among colleagues and subordinates. The Site Manager, Juan Ruiz, was selective in determining who earned their right to maintain their position on Camp Buehring, while speaking poorly of other hardworking employees (referring to them as obscenities among Administrative personnel). He would force subordinates to refer to himself as "Big Daddy Juan" and should anyone address the Regional HR in regards ... read more
