I called to make an appointment the girl that took the call said another person would call me back that was 9:30 this morning
Had to wait for her for an hour. She hardly spoke to me. Left me there to go get lunch for an hour
It was our daughter’s first professional hair cut and Kara was amazing! I love my hair cut as well! It was exactly what I wanted. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming!! Wonderful experience and we will definitely be going back!!
