I would not recommend this company to others. They told me they were in network with my insurance and had me purchase my hearing aids outright (I have profound deafness and severely profound hearing loss and cannot hear without hearing aids. Mine had broken and I needed new ones as soon as possible) and that I would be reimbursed. Took months before I had to take it into my own hands to submit my own claim correctly because they couldn’t.
