You want to choose the right lawyer in Clermont County, and Amelia Ballard is the right choice. I read that she gave other people the best possible outcome, and that’s exactly what happened for my husband and I. Do not look any further, she is excellent. It was our worst day, and she represented my husband very well. Very much appreciated. Legal situations can be scary, and this is the woman you want representing you.

My daughter needed a Civil Protection order and it’s always better to be prepared when going into court. Since Amelia represented my son years ago we automatically called her. I can’t recommend Amelia Ballard enough. From the very beginning, she stood her ground and refused to accept what the prosecution was pushing for, which was prison time. If you are looking for an excellent lawyer, Amelia is your go to! I was new to the court system and had no idea what I was walking into. She was very attentive, honest (blunt), and easy to get ahold of when I had a million questions. She never made me feel like I was a bother.
