I recently opened a business account here, and it is entirely thanks to Erin. Her down-to-earth yet highly professional approach made me feel incredibly welcome as a new business patron. Navigating business banking can be stressful, but she immediately put me at ease.Every other staff member I’ve interacted with has also been very pleasant and welcoming, but Erin is the true standout. If it weren't for her exceptional service and personality, I doubt I would have been swayed to bring my business to Amegy. Thank you, Erin!

I tried to cash a check and the lady name mayela talked to me to bad I told her what the people who gave the check told me and she says wasn’t true and then hung out on me at the window and it’s not the first time I’m been searching for a phone number to report her they don’t care about customers I do have a account in this branch I’m thinking to move out
