I tried to cash a check and the lady name mayela talked to me to bad I told her what the people who gave the check told me and she says wasn’t true and then hung out on me at the window and it’s not the first time I’m been searching for a phone number to report her they don’t care about customers I do have a account in this branch I’m thinking to move out
Terrible service I asked for expedited but the lady wouldn't allow me to get my card sent expedited plus the service took to long just for my card to be sent in a way I did not want it.
I heard my husband tried to cash his check there and the frowns both the little girls the tellers gave him made him uncomfortable! They told him to try another bank. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone 0 stars
