Not very customer friendly when it comes to assisting the customer. They barely greet you like they are not very welcoming to do their job. And then complain if you show up before 5pm and have to take care of you. Need to work on customer care and service!
Still trash in 2025
Zero on customer service. They don't want to explain whats going on with your account, then claim to not know why those things happen to your account. In the end, even though they dont know whats going on, it's your fault, even when it's not, and don't care to help with a solution. Basically, they don't want you there. **I think we should follow through with their attitude on that.**
