Zero on customer service. They don't want to explain whats going on with your account, then claim to not know why those things happen to your account. In the end, even though they dont know whats going on, it's your fault, even when it's not, and don't care to help with a solution. Basically, they don't want you there. **I think we should follow through with their attitude on that.**
They were letting a customer out at 5:03 and I called and asked if I could be helped they said they will let people in till 505 and told me they were closed when I got here.
Bumped a few stars since the incompetent manager Jennifer Feight is no longer the manager.
