This is BY FAR the absolute worst damn Amegy Bank there is in the DFW. They close early for EVERYTHING and leave handwritten notes on the front door. I’ve been going to amegy bank for the last 3 years, All over the dfw and i have come to THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION at least 8 times in the last 3 months and EVERY TIME I come 4pm-4:45pm with maybe 1-2 drop offs, all but twice, they have been CLOSED, so ridiculous and unprofessional!
I had the privilege of speaking at Amegy Bank’s Fort Worth branch last week on Building a Cyber Resilient Business. Not very customer friendly when it comes to assisting the customer. They barely greet you like they are not very welcoming to do their job. And then complain if you show up before 5pm and have to take care of you. Need to work on customer care and service!
