Bank lost our mailing address, could not replace expiring debit cards ... in short, this place has really gone downhill
Comercial lane should not be a 20 minute process
My business is across the street from this location. I needed to go in there and get some change this morning & the 3 team members working were as friendly as could be. I was really impressed by just how friendly they all were together. Clearly, they were trying to give great service! Mission accomplished! Thank you!
After leaving another branch because of staffing problems (not enough staff working) long wait times this place was horrible. Banking services does not have enough staff working either the own employee here is in line to make a deposit for a banking customer when those are done in the back not in the customer line. Customer service is ridiculous waiting for over 40 minutes for banking services and the teller time had the same wait times because they do not have enough staff working.
The bank has made some changes and the outside tellers are very good. Service is still horrible in the inside so stay with the outside tellers!
