I literally have been sitting here at amegy bank in santa fe for over an hour and a half to cash a check. I have all the credentials to cash it they even called the person who owns the account they gave the approval and after waiting an hour to cash the check they have the nerve to ask if I'd be interested in opening a bank account with them. 🤣 absolutely not horrible experience

Wow banks in Texas are awful, they charged me 8 dollars to cash a check cut through their bank. It took almost a half of an hour for them to do it. I got the luxury of watching them swindle an elderly gentlemen into a higher interest rate in front of me and when the old man called them out they tried playing him. Gross banking and worse customer service avoid this place and this bank!!!
