Anthony makes you feel like part of the family right away. Jeffrey, the manager, is kind and cares about meeting new clients. Jasmine is helpful and provided the information I was looking for. Thank you to all 3 of you and the tellers who have made me feel very welcome to this bank. I look forward to a long-term relationship with this Amegy team. Everyone had great customer service. From the time that I called until I came in to cash my check, all the ladies were very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the fact that the bank was clean and was not crowded and they were able to assist me right away.

They closed my account after 30 years because a new teller got offended by overhearing a conversation she wasn't even a part of.

Do not use this bank. They are refusing to give me MY money to close my account and won’t let me speak to anyone besides the branch manager who is the one refusing to give me my money.
