The people there have changed, the new staff don’t care. I don’t even think they get Cory”s done they’ll take staff off the streets in until the worst background come up. They overcharge insurance fraudulently and then wanna block all access to you and your child. I once thought this was a great place, well at-least it seems that way. I am deeply disappointed with the facility that treats autistic kids poorly. The staff appears to lack proper training and compassion, which is crucial when working with children on the spectrum. The environment is not conducive to their needs, with sensory overload and a lack of individualized attention. Communication with parents is also inadequate, leaving us feeling unheard and unsupported. The woman works the front desk is aggressive. I signed my son up for services and had not heard back. I called and left messages, and hadn’t heard back so I decided to visit the place and figure out who I should speak to because I am new to all of this.
