Very quick and extremely helpful in placing fingers on the screen and rolling them just right to obtain finger prints. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing this done for certain jobs that require fingerprinting. Very quick, patient and personable.
The Norton facility has been a godsend for our daughter. We have been receiving services for our daughter during the past 3 years. The progress she has made has been phenomenal. The in-house program was great and she really loved the facility and the staff. In the beginning we were doing a combination of therapy which included in-house and at home services. My appointment was for 11. I arrived at 10:58 and checked in. The person in front of me did not have the appropriate money order to pay for her appointment, so for some reason, I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes while she left and got a money order. No explanation or apology was given to me. Ridiculous that I wasn’t allowed to go in front of her, and I wasn’t not even acknowledged.
extremely unprofessional. they dont allow breaks. they change your schedule minute to minute without communicating anything to you, or expect to change it to 8am without telling tou the day before. they use their own version of American Sign Language, sabotaging children to be dependent on their services va being functional in society. their stagf mostly spend the day socializing or on their facebook ignoring the children unless they have behaviors which is the opposite of Applied Behavioral Analysis. they dont even introduc... read more
