We found out that my wife had a judgement entered against her. We were not even aware of any lawsuit or motion, until nearly a year after the entry of the judgement. She was not notified by the Plaintiff or the court at the time of the suit. She contacted Richard Amdur for his council, and to seek to have the judgement vacated. She explained the situation to him; that she had never been notified, and in fact that the plaintiff didn't even have her correct address.
