Very poor experience with this company. Tried for weeks to get an account setup, sales rep they connected me with told me he would have a Docusign over my direction for an account sign up within days. Its been 3 weeks and i still have not seen anything. I have his personal cell phone number and he is refusing to answer calls, voicemails, or texts. Would have been a large scale commercial customer for this company but will never do business with how poor of a customer service experience I have received.
Amcon driver consistently parks in a manner blocking the entrance to the store parking lot. When asked if she might park on the other side, not blocking the entrance i received an expletive filled response, stating she can park how and wherever she wants. Extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful delivery driver. I have decided to not patronize that establishment any longer. Amcon lost this business a daily regular customer. I wouldn't trust this company to be respectful of your customers.
