Refinanced my primary and rental a year and a half ago and William was super slow but gave me a low rate. Just talked to him to do the same and when I told him his 30 year rate wasn't competitive and I would only refinance my rental he was rude and acted like a child because I wouldn't refinance both. Also, he charges lender fees which most other mortgage lenders don't charge.

We recently used AmCap Funding to refinance our home in the villages. We worked with Bill Karigan who we were referred to by Bankrate.com, and who is the owner and president of the company. in brief our experience was a disaster from start until finish nearly 3 months in duration. Note that our credit rating was 820 and we were more than amply funded. Bill was fantastic to deal with. He worked hard to meet our needs. Unfortunately, the rates spiked during the process and we had to back out to no fault of his. He was even cordial about us ending the process. I would highly recommend Bill to meet your mortgage needs.
