Pros: movie theatre is clean Cons: if you are going to run a daycare in the theatre, please have the appropriate amount of babysitters. Went and saw the backrooms movie and kids were screaming and talking almost the whole time. Eventually, someone came out and told people to stop but they continued anyway. One of the worst movie going experiences ever. Not technically their fault but it should have been managed better.
Came to see backrooms on release night and the person scanning our tickets gave us the wrong room and we ended up missing the first half of the movie. Super upset
Sensory is not sensory here. Bought tickets just sit with my son in the lobby for the whole movie. They did turn it down but the music is so loud you feel the vibrations in your seat
Very nice theatre, especially considering the condition and overhaul of the mall. Extremely clean and friendly staff.
