Make sure the system for scheduling tickets doesn’t mess up your dates/times, went in to see a movie with 4 people, had my tickets verified by FOUR different people, they let us through. Another family came up and it turns out that the seats were double booked. They ran me and my group off after issuing me a gift card “refund” for the tickets and food. I’ll go back to use these passes/gift card, but after that, AMC won’t have any of my future business.

We have had too many experiences at this theater of people talking with no recourse. We recently tried to ask an employee for help with a situation where a group of teens were talking loudly and yelling at other patrons in our theater, and nothing was done. Due to it's location in the mall, this theater needs some sort of security. I have heard from other friends who will never come back here after their experiences, and we always have given it a shot with some mixed results. Not sure we can do that anymore. As AMC theaters goes it's nice. Only issue is sometimes the temperature in some of the screening rooms can run way too hot. In winter and summer.
