Absolutely filthy premises. Hallways covered in trash, bins overflowing with garbage from the time I arrived to the time I left 3 hours later. Bathrooms also messy with no soap or paper and windows covered in smudges. Recliner chairs were unplugged and even after getting someone to plug them in they were only partially functional. Escalator also not functional. Theater itself was clean and the movie quality was good.
AMC theaters close 30mins after the last movie showtime, just in case you're a late night movie goer like me. Sometimes this South Bay location gets full of kids and I get overwhelmed seeing them running around like it was a playground but other than that very clean and nice place. The managers and staff are really nice and always with a smile, like they actually like their jobs. 😊

The staff there were not very helpful. You basically have to figure things out on your own, which did not feel welcoming.
