The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. If I have any issues at all with my tickets I know I will be met with compassion and patience. I’m not someone who often leaves a review but the seats in the upper floor of theaters are so worn down and uncomfortable I had to say something in the hopes it gets fixed! It feels like it used to be a great theatre and it’s been used past its prime. I can’t wait to see how this place comes back to life after some updates!
Unbelievable facility with multi floor levels and plenty of screens.
I was in auditorium 8 about in the middle of the room and the only complaint I have is that the surround sound is not that great. You’ll notice most of the sound comes from the front, the side speakers have low volume.
The attendant told us the wrong theater number and we sat through the whole movie without realizing it was the wrong one. Kinda our fault but still mad about it and spent the whole movie super confused
The Manager man upon entry that scans your tickets ? That is in a wheelchair?? Is very RUDE !!! Extremely unpleasant !!!!! Having a disability DOES NOT GIVE ANYONE THE RIGHT TO BE RUDE NOR LACK HOSPITALITY !! He just scanned the tickets and said “Go ON” like myself and the patrons before and after me were not PAYING CUSTOMERS The Blonde at the concession stand on the first level is so sweet and she was the best part of my visit .
