Just came out from there and they told my daughter that is almost 4 that she couldn’t see Moana 4Dx. When previously she’s seen Mario and Toy Story 5. NO WHERE when purchasing tickets stated that you have to be 4 years and older or a certain height to see 4DX. We left with our daughter upset with our plans to trash when the girl with glasses upfront decided to do that. If we would have known that it was those requirements of course any one can understand. We went to AMC at 12:30pm today. We were in Theatre 10 seats E5 & E6. Something kept biting me while I was watching the movie. I slapped something off my leg and got a glimpse of another one on my finger. Turns out... it's bed bugs!! I told the front desk lady there were bugs in there, she said, "Oh, okay." I called the manager and she said she would look into it and call the pesticide company. Please go at your own risk! I spent more money making sure I didn't bring bed bugs into my home. It's been a rough day!
