No Hospitality, just business. I recently went to AMC Theatres with my family to watch Hoppers, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. I was excited for the night and ordered drinks for everyone. Later, I went to get a refill, which was fine the first time. But when I tried to get another refill, I was told I couldn’t and would have to purchase an entirely new drink. Great experience overall. First time there and I thought you could fill your own drink cup like at other locations. I initially picked a random drink at the kiosk not realizing that was the actual drink I'd get. Other than that, smooth experience.
The most disgusting experience ever. We bought tickets for a movie and arrived to the movie theater but since the doors lock at a certain time. We aren’t allowed to see the movie we paid for. The “security guard” was very disrespectful and didn’t offer any kind of help with getting a refund or being compensated. Google says the AMC closes at 11 pm and this guy lied straight to our face.
