Just moved here like 5 days ago - came to explore north end n watch a movie… the red head girl who checked me in was so welcoming and sweet! Seats were comfy and bathrooms were super clean. Icee machine was broken but overall good experience :)
The manager didn't allow me and my friends in the movie because one of us didn't bring an ID to watch a movie. The most ridiculous part is that while we were trying to figure out what to do next, we noticed the manager hasnt ask the people who came after us for an ID and they were watching the same movie as us. Save yourself the time and gas money and go to any other location.
My 15 year old daughter took friends to a movie. She had to get a refund but they stiffed her on it to the tune of $48. She is 15 and just started working - she wanted to treat her brother and friends to a movie.I intervened and spoke with folks there. Still no call back to me to resolve the issue. Planning on escalating this given its my daughter. Do not give AMC your business.
They switched which theater our movie was in without telling anyone lol
Here should get better people to work for the public and assist with question and concern cause I had the sarcastic and disrespectful person I have ever met. Hopefully next time I come I will deal with a better express l employee that If I come this amc. And this area again
