Poor customer service - I bought my 15y old kid a $23 ticket at the terminal at 1pm for a 6pm show and a $24 meal. When the kid arrived at the theatre, the service crew didn’t give him the meal, because the said it was prepared at 1pm and because no one came to pick it up, they threw it away. They send him away w/o even a drink. How is that even possible? Shame on you

Bar needs to open early
The audience at this AMC doesn’t know how to shut there mouth up when the movie is playing the chairs at the theater are terrible, super uncomfortable. Most of the staff but not all of them were super rude, Very unprofessional hiring kids/ teenagers that has no discipline or lack of communication don’t know how they got there job in terms of showing their AMC customers a genuine good experience at this specific movie theater. I Recommend to go watch movies at the cinema in Assembly row & South Bay.
I went here with my boyfriend and our friend for the spiderman movie. This is the first time we have ever been to this new theater and I can promise we won’t be back to this location. People working were extremely rude to my boyfriend who was only asking questions bc we had never been to the new theater. We were at concessions and one of my friends wanted a slushy for the movie but it wasn’t available on the kiosk and they don’t allow people to order at the counter.
