I don't leave reviews often, but the service I received today from the concession stand was not acceptable. We had ordered some candy, popcorn, a drink and an Icee. My husband accidentally ordered the wrong flavor of Icee and when we kindly asked Kaitlyn if we could switch it, she gave a huge sigh and rolled her eyes. Keep in mind this was early in the day and there was no one in line. I immediately called her out on it and I told her that it was very rude of her to do that. Very disappointing experience at AMC Atlantic Times Square 14. The handicap access door has been broken for at least two months, which is completely unacceptable for a theater that should be accessible to all guests. To make matters worse, I attended a screening in June and the auditorium was unbearably hot. It felt like the air conditioning wasn’t running at all. Pulled up to watch the Mandalorian and Grogu movie. It was a crowded Friday night, we found parking super fast and the staff was friendly. Got me a cool Mandalorian popcorn bucket helmet thing too. Good times were had at amc.
