Would have bought some chocolates and several other items but not 1 of the 4 girls behind the cash register couldn't say hello or ask if we'd be interested in anything! Shame on the owner for letting them get away with that!
I completely agree with the one-star reviews regarding the lack of customer service. On Sunday, March 23, my wife, daughter, mother, and I were completely ignored by the young staff member working that day. She seemed far more interested in her phone than assisting us, even though my wife was eager to purchase some candles. I called the store to speak with the manager about the experience, and her response was, "Well, we have young teenage girls working here on the weekends; I'll talk with her." Nice store, lots of cool items. Will make a stop again next I'm in the area.
Went in here today was interested in purchasing something as well as a drink and the young girl in black behind the counter literally refused to make eye contact with me or even address I was there? Will not be coming back everyone was extremely rude!!
