The staff is friendly but once they have your order they seem to forget about you. The customer is the one that must keep calling to check on the status of the order. It may not be the fault off the staff that furniture is delayed but they should be proactive and keep on top of the order status and then inform the customer what is happening. As it is, you wait for months with nothing said and you wonder if the order may have been mishandled. Good employees are proactive.
