Always had great service. I've had to withdraw larger sums of money a few times. Had no problem. People ask me why I don't go with one of the larger banks. I get better service with Amboy.

Will let you put money in very easily but a huge slog to take money out. So frustrating it's actually tempting to contact their regulator just to make their lives as miserable as they make mine.

I've had no problem at all moving money in and out. However, their interest rates have seriously lagged other online banks. They used to be excellent in comparison, but are now only about 1% while others are up to 3 to 3 1/2 percent... Gotta go elsewhere.

Nearly everything about this bank seems purposefully designed to keep people from getting their money back out. Supposedly an "online bank" but you have to call for any assistance whatsoever. Avoid. The worst bank I have every had experience with. That includes Suntrust, Chase, and Wachovia - the three worst big banks, in my opinion.
