The staff is friendly and very patient. I was working at a very slow pace in the drive thru in the freehold branch and the teller who could have shown frustration, was very kind and helpful. Kim Aponte is also someone who makes you feel like family.
They put holds on your accounts without authorization. They are a bank that charges you major fees. Best bank?! Don’t know how. Put your money in another bank and don’t deal with the B.S.
