Friendly staff but I am changing my review as of 8/1/23 went 2 withdraw vacation 💲& system was down & I couldn't get my 💲but u could deposit 🤷♂️So I have 2 now figure what 2 do because many activities require cash 💸Back there again & it seems things r back 2 normal They did reach out & apologize
I have been a customer with Ambler Savings for the past eight years. They are a part of my Community (Normandy Farms Estates), My first experience was when I needed help accessing my checking account. Anita Ross, who is the teller, showed me the process. I might add I’m technology challenged. The reason to have access to this is to help me keep my checking account up to date. Totally unprofessional and clueless staff. At least one teller I encountered as well as 2 different managers (especially the branch manager), along with the VP are all extremely arrogant and dismissive of customers - including their concerns and directives. So many mistakes made by this establishment, overstepping of authority, blatant rudeness -- just awful. I was so happy when our business closed its account there and I have advised everyone I know to pull their funds from this poorly-run dog and pony show. Truly disgusted... read more
I went to open an account and arrived before closing. They said they were unable to open the account because they would be closing soon.
I got one book of checks when I opened account and the bank insists I got three. So I can’t get any more checks. I did not lose them or throw them away. I’m very careful with banking things. Frustrating. OOOPS! FOUND CHECKS BURIED IN A DRAWER. MY BAD. APOLOGIES. I WITHDRAW MY COMPLAINT. 🫣
