My experience with Ambit Energy has been disappointing. I was unhappy with the overall value and customer experience, and I felt the pricing and billing did not meet my expectations. The service left me frustrated, and I would encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review the rates and terms before signing up. Based on my experience, I would not choose them again.
