I had a wonderful 90 minute facial with Amanda. The atmosphere is so peaceful and airy and the products are delightful! Amanda did a wonderful job and applies perfect pressure and technique. I highly recommend a treatment at Ambika for their products alone but the atmosphere and staff make it a 10 out of 10.
A must have for athletes, skiers and desk jockeys alike! Erica is a genius and the care she takes during massages, Ayurvedic treatments and with her product recommendations is impeccable. Her bodywork treatments are the most professional, informed experiences I've ever had with any kind of spa, masseuse or herbal enthusiast. You'll be lucky to score an appointment during peak seasons as a tourist, Erica and her staff are the best in the area and something of a local secret.
O...M...G... Had best massage ever by Olivia. Super strong hands. Worked on chronic knots in my neck/shoulders and pain due to my TMJ. She does a very professional job! Deepest tissue massage I've ever had.
Ericka's knowledge of herbs is extensive. She has helped me go from being in bed in pain to having energy. The herbs she recomended have reduced my digestive inflamation by 90%. My deepest gratitude.
