I had such a wonderful experience with Ambiance when I needed transportation home after surgery. The gentleman who picked me up was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, which meant so much during a moment when I was feeling vulnerable and recovering. This is the perfect happy medium between transporting someone in your personal vehicle and ambulance! My 83 year old mother, who had sustained a serious fall and was in severe pain, had to be transferred to a rehab facility and Ambiance was great! They were professional and caring.

My mother had to be transported from one hospital to another, the 2 paramedics were the absolute worlds worse… very unprofessional, laughing at each other, and had the personality of 2 rocks… they would not allow my brother who has bad knees on crutches, not allow him to ride with my mother in the ambulance.. next time in a medical situation I will dial 911 and go with the Fire Department Paramedics who are more professional and caring to patients! Wish my mom knew the awful paramedics names

The employees were polite, friendly and professional. The ride was a bit bumpy but could be California roads in general. The ambulance was quiet. Only wish I had a pillow and the music was a little quieter otherwise, it was all okay.

I would definitely hire this company again. I had just gotten out of nanosurgery, was still a bit out of it from anesthesia, but needed transport to my hotel. I had traveled from out of state to have surgery, and I didn't have anyone with me. My hotel was only several blocks away, but I could not walk it, nor would the clinic allow me to take an Uber. Which was good, because the 2 people who picked me up walked me out of the clinic, asked if I preferred to sit in a wheelchair in the van, lie on a gurney, or sit in a seat. I ... read more
