Fairly disapointed that after my purchase on the way home I get a phone call saying that they didnt have my purchase in stock. So i had to take the item off the floor. Would of expected some kind of compensation but didnt get anything.

Every time I have entered this store I find the staff always go above and beyond to help they are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble - in a town where everyone complains about customer service The Outdoor Furniture Specialists Mackay are well above the curve. I love my new outdoor setting, is is great quality and I will certainly be back for more. Love the giftware too!!!!
