My husband and I visited Umber Furniture because we heard they offered Canadian made beds. We were excited and we truly thought this store might be the right place for us. Unfortunately, what happened inside left us shocked, embarrassed, and deeply disappointed. When we asked the sales lady if delivery was included, she responded in a very rude and disrespectful way, saying to my husband, “Are you working for free?” It was unnecessary and hurtful. Service was great. However, it's been 3 months and we still don't have the decorative pillows that were ordered with our couch and love seat combo. We do notice a lot of squeaking and creaking from the frames of our couch and love seat as well, which is disappointing for such a new set.
The lady working here is extremely rude and combative. I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for good customer service.
Amazing customer service! Earlier this year I went back to Amber's Furniture to switch out the legs on our oak table that we had purchased 40 years ago. After two weeks and much digging in storage , staff called and said they had found a set of four for me.When I arrived at the Amber's Furniture to purchase the legs, the owner gifted them to me!
