We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Amberglow all the staff were helpful and knowledgeable helping us choose pur new gas fire. The fitter were amazing so clean, tidy and respectful. The original fireplace had been very badly fitted and was coming away from the wall but they took time to take it off the wall and fit it correctly they have made a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. We would 100% recommend Amberglow

While we found the staff at Amberglow knowledgeable and helpful, we have found our Gazco Reflex 75T which cost £6,971 in 2020, unreliable. On 2 occasions in the last 5 years, despite regular servicing by Amberglow, our fire has just stopped working completely and we have had to call out an engineer. Not great for a top of the range brand. It is only remote control operated, so there is no manual override if the remote does not link to the fire.
