UPDATE: Well as much as the business response stated she wanted to come to a resolution… she did NOT even reach out, offer me a refund, or do anything! As I stated (& any business owner should know) an email is legally binding as well and there was no mention of a $599 charge to reschedule in the email where it was offered. I had an amazing experience working with Amber. She created a comfortable, confident, and empowering environment. Amber guided me through every pose with kindness and professionalism. The photos turned out absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone considering a boudoir shoot!
