Charlene helped us navigate through an order paid to Amber Chatswood in February but not delivered because it went into liquidation. We placed a new order with her after the liquidator was identified Then we had a call from head office to say hey we found your pallet and will deliver next Monday!! !!! In the meantime we had lodged a claim with the liquidator!! Amber has been quite an experience. and we pray that our claim is paid in full before long. Leng Sim 🙏🏻
