Saw the lovely Pam Johnson on Friday - great choices of tiles and loved the ability to order everything needed for our bathroom renovation. Popped in the following Monday and could not rate the service from Bruce and Tim highly enough. Fantastic experience - thank you guys. Very Happy. Caroline
Tim at Amber Seaforth just blew me away with the service he provided. I needed a replacement for a large broken tile…the result of a tradie dropping a hammer out of his belt. I sent a picture to Tim and he found the right tile…ordered it in…called me back in a couple of days…then cut it for me…free! It fits perfectly. What fabulous service! Thanks Tim.
The team at Amber Seaforth are incredibly helpful. I was looking to replace one pool tile and they went above and beyond to help me track down one in the yard that was the right shape & colour.

Here's the story: One of the staff members from Amber picked up a very special friends phone, which was accidentally left behind on a bus. Understandably my friend was very upset at losing her valuable phone - we've all been there, its a horrible feeling.
