For several days I had pursued a mortgage refinance loan through my bank. When it got to the appraisal part my banker said because I had an unfinished home project I most likely wouldn't get the loan. Even though the unfinished project (filling up the swimming pool with dirt and fixing up the pool house) was why I was pursuing getting a refinance. Amber went above and beyond her job making this home loan happen. On educating me and the stressful parts included when I did not have a realtor involved. Most people would of not given me the time that she did with my schedule and was always in communication.
