For several days I had pursued a mortgage refinance loan through my bank. When it got to the appraisal part my banker said because I had an unfinished home project I most likely wouldn't get the loan. Even though the unfinished project (filling up the swimming pool with dirt and fixing up the pool house) was why I was pursuing getting a refinance. Amber went above and beyond her job making this home loan happen. On educating me and the stressful parts included when I did not have a realtor involved. Most people would of not given me the time that she did with my schedule and was always in communication. It is nice to see there are still people out there that think of others and not just themselves.
