This is a review of my experience purchasing a vanity and basin from Amber Tiles Kotara. Sidenote, I kept getting a weekly email from the owner, Luke Stevens, telling me how important customer service is to him, and how much he would love a google review on my experience in his store. Good range of products and helpful staff. However, the reason for a 3-star rating is that been a wholesaler of a product, You would think that there would be stock at the location, so when you decide to not pay a $275 delivery fee and opt for store "pickup," you don't get charged a $45 delivery fee as they need to deliver to the store from Sydney.
Great service at Amber Kotara. Great knowledge of their products and we needed tiles fast and they went above and beyond to deliver.
