Customer service is phenomenal from start to finish. We visit the store with many ideas in mind , the girls were patient and took the time to assist us and guiding us through each concept helping us making the right decisions. I've always lived close to Amber tiles at Liverpool but never really had to visit until recently we moved and got a pool. It was first and only pool tile visit I had to do! I spoke to a Roger who was very welcoming and helpful with everything from showing me tile selections to working with me to ensure a suitable price was within my budget.
