We're new here or someone is. A couple of days in. So far, so good. My mums first visit to a home. Staff and place is clean and tidy. The food rota is on the board, it's 4 week with a meal on it every day that mum should eat. Had tea made by the staff in our visit to mother.

I have nothing but praise for all the ladies and gentlemen who work here. My dad who had suffered with dementia, was very lucky to have people who cared and respected him right till the end. He felt safe and happy was always clean and tidy , his dignity never compromised . He passed away here peacefully . Not only did they look after my dad , they looked after me to. Thankyou from all of Peters family .
This small, family owned care home is actually where I'd want to reside in my later life. Carers and non care staff are truly CARING, polite and understanding of aged adults, especially for those individuals living with dementia. Amber House doesn't rely on agency staff. Care staff believe their residents deserve familiar faces and continuity of care. Staff morale is good. Well done, everyone.
I can thoroughly recommend Amber House Coventry, as a very caring and supportive residential care home. My mother Eileen became a resident there at very short notice last August(2020) and was immediately given a very warm welcome. All the staff took a great interest in my mum and were all very friendly and helpful whenever I contacted them. The period was during the Corona Virus pandemic and Amber House ensured the safety of all residents and staff throughout, by making sure the Government Restriction Guidelines were met.
