Minimal customer service or interest
I have recently purchased mosaic tiles from Amber for my indoor/outdoor fish pond. Aaron and ALL of his colleagues were very helpful. They took the project as if it was their own. They gave me advice when I needed it. If they did not know the answer, they went on phone to find the answer.
Peggy was fantastic took the time to present good options buying tiles and provided excellent service with out any issues. I would have no issues going back to Amber Hornsby well run business.
Purchased some new tiles for the kitchen floor this week. Cassie and her team were lovely and very patient. Lots of great suggestions and samples. Price was great, delivery on time. Highly recommended! Will be back for the bathroom.
