Good customer service alongwith good products. We were totally new to buying tiles, but the sales person was very patient and went through every detail thoroughly and explained us everything well.
Ivan had absolutely no customer service or personality for that matter! I cannot believe he’s in sales? And due to the poor customer service we received we took our business to Amber at Kellyville where we received amazing customer service and because of that they got our order for over $22,000.
I'm currently building a home and my builder recommended Amber at Glenhaven for my tile selections. Allan attended to me in store and his service was exceptional - he was attentive to my preferences, requirements and budget, was an excellent communicator and even sent me photos of his own recently built home so as to demonstrate the finished look of certain tile choices.
